Do we think the same all the time (weight loss)

One thing that has been really on my mind, and I've been watching about the people in the Ifit30 program, is that we all seem to feel different about things at different times during the day. Also different on this day than that day. Is this strictly dependant on emotions, or is it something more. Let's face it there are a million things that change how we feel, but one thing that makes everyone feel good, or better is productivity, and progress.

Of course with a balanced raised metabolism, our moods are much more level than before, but it's more than that. It's the ability to keep trudging forward through the deep snow, or through the fire until you REACH THE OTHER SIDE. Many of us stop and wonder if we should go back or not, maybe try another direction. The result is we freeze, or get burned. Statistics show that human nature will instinctually turn back just before we reach that first goal or milestone.

The buddy system works well, watch out, especially this time of the year if you think a friend is having a tough time with eating. Of course I work right through the holidays, so I'm always here to help keep you on track. Just remember, after you get through the fire, it's sunny, green grass, a rainbow. Get my point.
