Workouts That Work
A workout is anything over and above your daily calorie burning routine. You give us the tools you
have to use (i.e. treadmill, rowing machine, or a good pair of running shoes), and we maximize the
amount of exercise you need combined with your eating plan to be successful at achieving your goals.
Your coach also helps you learn new workouts; Maybe you are contemplating starting at a health club,
Ifit 30 explains and directs you to what types of machines work best for you. Remember you can ask
your coach anything to do with health and wellness - it’s their job to help you every time.
