Q. What happens once I decide I want to do the program?
Your coach will be in contact with you, and will provide you with access to the web site as well as providing you
with all of the information you need to begin the program.

Q. Once I register how long will it take to hear from my coach and get started?
You will hear back from your coach, with help and direction, within 48 hours; Often sooner on weekdays.

Q. How do we set goals and measure results in the course?
Once you register for the course, you are assigned a coach, and given access to the member’s area of the Ifit30 website.
Fitness Goals & Exercise Planners are filled out next, followed by a practice menu. There are many ways to measure
the success of your results. Your coach works with you to determine a method that is most comfortable for you,
we use other methods than just a scale.

Q. Will I learn the underlying principles of the program?
Yes, your coach will teach you the theory of exactly how your metabolism works, and what you can do to improve it.
The online seminar is now complimented by a complete user manual for the course. We want to make sure you
have access to all the tools you need to succeed.

Q. How do I stay on track after I finish the course?
We don’t let you go until you are achieving your goals, or are on track to succeed. You simply
keep doing what you are doing until you reach your target weight. Our head coach will
provide email support to help set you up on the maintenance phase locking you into
a new plateau at the weight you want to maintain. There is no charge for the set up of the
maintenance phase.

Q. Why does the Ifit30 Course have such an unusually high success rate of > 90%?
No other wellness system is designed totally around each individual like Ifit30. We look at and collect
what you are doing, and tweak your eating, and exercise plans in a way that is realistic for your everyday life.
We do this day by day with you, keeping you on track and working with you to make healthy changes.

There are many benefits to raising your metabolism. Increased energy, and improved overall mood.
