Q. How do we set goals and measure results in the course?
Once you register for the course, you are assigned a coach, and given access to the member’s area of the Ifit30 website.
Fitness Goals & Exercise Planners are filled out next, followed by a practice menu. There are many ways to measure
the success of your results. Your coach works with you to determine a method that is most comfortable for you,
we use other methods than just a scale.
